diet is #1- lay off greasy, oily, cooked under direct fire, melted cheese, etc. lay off the sugars as well. eat more steamed veggies, soups and stews, regulate your meat intake. try not to combine eggs and meat together for example if you want breakfast eat either a 'meat and toast' or a 'egg and toast' but not 'egg-meat-toast' and def dont add cheese especially that 'American cheese' chemical crap. drink tea after eating oily foods.
I don't have a blood pressure problem, but
I take fish oil/Omega 3 fatty acids. I was also told by a TCM Dr. that Oolong tea helps to lower high blood pressure.
