Looking for a web designer

I need recommendations for a web designer who can also do a little bit of web programming. I need one for a very small project, a website with just 3-4 pages. I've also got storage and domains already. Looking for someone who isn't going to charge too much. Any recommendations?

You might want to look at using a Wordpress theme. It's pretty straight forward. I've built numerous WP websites for my wife and self using WP.

Thanks for the recommendation! I am familiar with that platform. I need a custom made design, for only 3-4 pages, and the website doesn't require a content management system.
