Well they do have a great PR department compared to that musty old Bin Laden character we sent on vacation.

That said, I wouldn't want to live under them. They tend to murder boozers, atheists, gays, lesbians, secularists, feminists, emo's(yes they hate emos but who doesn't?)Christians, Sufis, Yedzis, people who own a Prius and moderate Sunni who disagree with them.

They are a very inflamed people and need to chill out.

While Isis worked well, there is currently an active militant group in Iraq and Syria commonly known as "ISIS" (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria). elementary obviously has no ties to that group—and we don't think people will get us confused—but we want to both recognize the ongoing turmoil and choose a less controversial name.

What I find interesting is that the acronym ISIS, at least in languages I can follow, sounds like a polytheistic demon-deity from ancient Egypt.

I once won an argument between two Jews.

on a side note ... the word racism being applied to muslims is so annoying and a product of modern times it would seem. I wonder if Chinese, white, black and Indian muslims consider themselves the same race any more than chinese, white, black or indian christians from the same towns....
