I guess he was just a little bit drunk? Classy way to be arrested compared to some. Definitely up there with the drunk in the back of the cop car who did a solo of Queen on the ride to the station.

Yeah - the story I heard was that he's a serial absconder; he'd dined out dozens of times then skipped out on the bill
