Places to train near Bellevue, WA

Postby .Q. on Tue Sep 16, 2014 12:50 pm

I just moved near Bellevue, WA recently and was wondering if there are public places you can train when it's raining? Anyone has any suggestions?
There are plenty of nice parks around here but I don't see any place w/ coverings. Thanks.

No idea, but if you fancy meeting up some time now you've moved to the area, give me a holler!

Thanks for the offer. Sorry but I'm not much of a social person so I'd have to decline, at least for now.

If the weather is similar to Vancouver, BC, there might be covered areas at elementary schools. We have plenty, and they are good spots to practice when it rains.

It might be a bit of a drive, but if nothing else pans out, Meridian Park in Seattle has a large, covered area. Its in the Wallingford neighborhood.

Thanks. Will keep that in mind. Actually I checked out a school (might be middle school) nearby my work in Bellevue and they seem to have coverings that will work during rain. I will try it out once rain season starts. If it works out I might even try to teach there.
