I haven't had a chance to watch it all but it looks like aquaponics. I hope to try that someday, I imagine the quality is high.

I have a lot of faith in George here. I trust him as an authority.

LOL!

Growing like IMAs attracts all kinds of people. The interesting thing is that the preppers and some of the Libertarian types are getting heavily into growing too seeing gardening as a means of self-reliance and necessary for survival once the whole system collapses.

Of course, then there's the real money... ;)

A few years back I converted my swimming pool to aquaponics
I have various types of carp and perch plus crayfish
I grow veggies in styrofoam boxes floating on the surface
Mainly kan kong for leafy greens but also various cress
Water,Lebanese etc.
I have followed permaculture for over 20 years
Try growing simple things sweet potato etc
I still swim every day summer and winter
I find the chi in a live system much better than a chemical environ
Check out pools to ponds on facebook or some of the Permaculture sites
Some cities have Permablitz
That is where you give up 5 days work to work on other peoples backyards then they do yours
Have working bee half teaching workshop
