Hey Ben - awesome, man. Congratulations. Is this your first? Mine was born 7 months ago now (little girl) and it's been fun and awe inspiring the whole way through - it's worth the sleepless nights.

I adopted my wifes first child so this makes two. Hope(the other one) is 8 now. Shes definetly a big sister.

Tonight has been a pretty sleepless night. If anybody else kept me up like this I'd be pissed. I don't seem to mind from her though.

my absolute most memorable was the first (and so far, only) time we put her on a kiddie swing at a park... the kind of swing that has a built in high chair. had to put her arms through the triangle so she could stay upright and just sllooooowly rocked her forward and back in about a 2 foot radius. She looked right at me and lit up like nothing I've ever experienced. One of those "this is what it's all about" moments...
