I just had an absolutely delcious whole wheat bread with honey on both sides, peanut butter on one side and slices of banana on the other and a sprinkle of cinnamon on both put together as a sammich and a big cup of coffee....DELICIOUS!!!

butternut squash, potato, eggplant in pink sauce made with almond milk, flour, onion, garlic, tomato. Added some pasta and cayenne pepper cause its sorta bland heated up.

Bourbon-roasted beef tips, a Springtime vegetable medley of fresh broccoli and crisp carrots, and a delicious apple-raisin-outmeal crisp for dessert. At least that's what it said on the tiny little frozen box it came in. Ah well, it served as an appetizer anyway. Now to find real food.....

Microwave-baked potato, a can of salmon (I mean that literally, right out of the can), a couple of carrots (big organic ones, out of the bag) and a yogurt (out of... nah, I got nothin' on the yogurt.)

Now that will certainly make everyone out there jealous.

I couldn't do the salmon without at least marinating it a little bit in some maple syrup, some homemade hickory smoke BBQ sauce, and just enough white vinegar to cause it to soak in a little. The carrots I'd at least make a brown sugar butter for.
