Zheng Gu Tui Na formulas for BJJ, grapplin, sparring, Qigong

I have used their hit pills and eagle claw liniment for very good effect in recovery from a few injuries, both in myself and others. I currently use the eagle claw liniment for rock climbing, and I definitely notice a difference when I forget it. No idea about the others, but I too have nothing but good things to say about Frank and Tom.

I have been using the "Qigong formula" for about a week now and def can feel a difference when I train in Taiji and qigong.

The best book in English on the subject of formulas for this kind of thing is written by James Ramholz. He is deceased and the book is out of print, but well worth the price tag for those interested.
