nothing really dangerous if you follow the RULES,
in fact quite experience!
You moving internal knowledge on the new level.
But,
I did it 1st time, after couple of years experiments with fastening and only the juices days,
so, it was much easier for me than, lets`s say "meddle class, average eating guys"
which is goin` for it at once.

from herbal point of view to directing attack :
-taraxaci radix + shizandra chinesis,
you may add dates extract - good food for the liver and sweet in taste will break acid/bitter herbs taste .
to make mix stronger you may add ginseng
coin grass is more kidney oriented if I remember it right /have to check it/
you may add it to the mix , probably

Saw my TCM doc and on a new herb mix and feeling much, much better. Decongestion and draining type effects.

Will add acupuncture as well.

Thanks man. Feeling bad then better really bumps up one's interest in TCM.

For me, since I had the interest in qigong already, it makes the herbal medicine aspect especially interesting.
