Who's done it or doing it and what are your thoughts? I'm thinking of studying it, but curious what people here think.

Do you have a teacher you will go to or were you going to learn from books and videos?

I haven't really done transcendental meditation but from what I have read it is similar to some parts of the qigong meditation I do. Honestly I think any system will give you some benefit over not meditating.

after some research online I decided against it. seems like it a lot of money for something I've already been doing in other disciplines. I had gotten interested in it after reading David Lynch's book catching the big fish which was a quick fun read.
