Yeah, well BGH and BSE will sure mess you up, but real milk, unhomogenized, unpasteurized, and digested by someone not loaded to the gills with industrial waste clogging their system will probably reap the nutritional benefits. Anyway, you found one of my pet peeves.

You should try this above. It's the milk we drink. It's a Taiwan brand -- Fresh Delight. It's from Hokkaido (melamine free and growth hormone free) and they play classical music for the cows and give them massages everyday. It costs more but it's the best milk i've ever had. It's really creamy, almost like milted ice cream. I don't think I can ever drink any other milk.
