Berserks and the Berserkergang

A "documentary" about the fabled Viking berserker shock troops. The punditry is highly speculative and downright dubious, while the "factual" (!) voiceover strays into pure fantasy, so take this with a very large pinch of salt.

However...

I thought it was worth watching just for the dramatized reconstructions, which are very well done. Most notably, the crazed, frothing, shield-chewing berkserks themselves look scary as hell and their portrayal may just be the most accurate part of the program.

Anyway, worth a glance.
