The local elections in France are showing[in spite of Hollande's macho posturing] a considerable shift to the right. As I predicted some months ago the refugee crisis has provided an opportunity for Le Pen's daughter to be a viable candidate for presidency [although apparently the granddaughter is even more right wing than the daughter]. With Holland and Belgium heading that way, the Nordic countries under siege I foresee a backlash to Merkle's 'let in a million' approach. The UK is already restricting entry.
Looking back some people are saying Dubya's ill fated Iraq adventure may have been a diabolical plot to destabilize Europe and promote chaos in the Moslem world [benefiting who?]
