It's been a long time since I've called in here - been lurking a fair bit but not posting or even logging in. However thought I'd share this video and it is sort of relevant to internal martial arts because it's only after practicing Taiiji and Bagua for a few years that I've become robust enough to do this. While I know pro wrestling isn't for everyone its something I've enjoyed watching since childhood. Love it or hate it I don't think any one can dispute that its an arduous activity and so taking up training in it at the age of 51 isn't something to be sniffed at in my opinion. While its been a long and painful journey I finally debuted a couple of weeks ago. It's not by any means a perfect match but the fact I got to the end of it intact is an accomplishment and one I put down to my internal MA training. And yeah I know it probably seems like a waste of time to most of you but I've always treated my body as more of a theme park than a temple I'm the skinny red head btw wrestling under the name Lex Smith. Oh and while I lost this round our next match is a tables match so we'll see how that goes.
