haha dude, get some silken tofu (cold), and some "醬油膏"
cut up some green onions and sprinkle on top. cut the 1000 yr old egg and add on top. et voila.
you can also add those shredded bonito flakes, or shredded dry pork that the chinese eat.

This is the only way I peel mine.

With this method you can peel them in under 10 seconds. I do this every day and have never had it fail once.

i coudn't get the badass egg peeling technique to work--i'm thinking i didn't boil them long enough.

put em in cold water, heat until boiled, then plus 6 minutes is how I do it.

try using baking soda when you boil it. I, too, am curious if this will work with mollet boiled eggs, which are really really hard to peel.
