Yan Jeung vs Grab from Behind
The attacker moves up behind you, grabbing your shoulder and wrist. You turn slightly before realizing what is happening.
You then step forwards and apply a forward Yan Jeung.
The forward step combined with the jerking energy of the Yan Jeung pulls your attacker off balance so he stumbles forward. You then use your free hand to control his neck.
You sharply pull your attacker forward, making him fall to the ground.

I see you are a new member with 5 years experience in WC. Are you promoting your school? Teaching women is a whole different scene to teaching men. It is assumed we are talking about an average woman, not a triathlete or rousey clone. The arts sometimes try and fit everyone into the same shoe, this is short sighted and can get people hurt. A woman, in general is smaller and weaker than her attacker. She must use trickery and attack weak points. Punching is out, fingers to throat or eyes, palm strike[full body] under chin, high heels crushing instep, breaking fingers, knee to groin, elbow to face, attack knees . She must be geared for action, no sandals, solid shoes, and psychologically prepared to cause extreme damage to another person. Throws, unless you have years of experience, will not work on a stronger person with any kind of athleticism. This is not to disrespect your style, I am very familiar with WC, it is an excellent style.
