hello

I 've been trained to kickboxing a little bit. Anyhow, every training has the warming up procedure. I use this mix for training 80 minutes. If anyone has a good mix for training please post below. Thank you.

when I train
I use breathing as the only my workout music
joyful usefullnes of the effords

you guys can train with your ears while the majority of people puts music
