I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

Yes, I remember seeing a statement by one of the top ataraashi naginata folks when this came out. The subtitles are a joke and have no connection to what's going on.

Iirc the person making the comment was a little miffed over it - the old lady was by all, accounts a kind and generous teacher.
