Indian Clubs

Postby aiasthewall on Fri Jan 20, 2017 3:28 pm

Just got my first set of Indian Clubs (2 lbs.) for my shoulder rehab and love them. I have already noticed some improvement on my impingement and shoulder separation (different shoulders, ouch). Purchased them from Ageless Strength, and they came with a rad instructional DVD. Highly reccomened to anyone with shoulder problems (NB I am in no way a doctor or scientist at all).

Thanks to whoever recommended them to me.

Let us know how it goes. A lot of guys rave about these and frankly I'm a little curious.
