World Combat League

I admit...I watch this. I do love the speed and tempo of the matches. I think Chuck has done an excellent job choosing a combative arena and rules to showcase the styles( maj. strikers...ie karate, TKD & kickboxing).

So my question is where's the CMA guys? There seems to be some fantastic players..but a majority from the styles mentioned above. Do you guys feeel that we don't translate over well to these rules? Does the SanDa/LeiTai need its own league? I got some cash lets start one...(kidding)

Cung le has certainly proved with the right setting...(SanDa) he can take all-comers...(whata sniper)

no throws or takedowns < San Da/ Lei Tei/ San Shou.

i like the throws. and i dig Cung Le. that guy is amazing, especially under those (San Shou) rules.

but the pace is nice. it is cool to see two guys going at it full bore. i can defiantly see the appeal.
