the rum soaked fist: internal martial arts forum

Has anyone used these? How do these (and other similar water filled heavy bags) feel compared to regular heavy bags? I'm considering getting a heavy bag and just found out about these things. Seems like they would be pretty nice although I don't know how I'd fill them w/o a garden hose where I live.
