but still the regiment got reinstated in 1947.
i was recently wondering if one can institutionalize innovation
i am tending towards "not really, no"
there would be many organisational scholars who would say otherwise with good research
but you can talk and theorise all you want
the real measure is in real life
so far, i am not seeing it
