I can definitely feel all those benefits everyone mentioned.
Also, a bit TMI (too much information) but the swings seem to get some other "internal" movements going. Felt like I had to "go" but wasn't quite ready, started swinging for a few minutes and voila, smooth movement hahaha.
But seriously, someone told me doing these every day are a good idea and I thought it seemed weird, but now have been trying it for various reasons and as simple as it seems, it really is a nice exercise, I find. Was curious what you all thought/experienced/learned.
