Posted: Thu Jul 20, 2017 6:07 pmI love coffee. I started roasting about 10 years ago and have taught a couple of people how. It's... really stinky and smells like burning grass and brewing coffee. Fresh roasted coffee makes a huge difference as it's nowhere near the same after about 3 weeks out from roast.
