I was looking at a list of the worlds most dangerous cities and was surprised to see Acapulco at #2. I remember a sleepy resort from the 60's when the main source of excitement was a guy diving off of the cliffs. Brazil and Venezuela seem to be the leaders in drastic population control, while in the USA Baltimore surprisingly has become a dangerous place to live

Social inequity is increasing and there will be more of this in the future.
People appear to care less about certain segments of a population and who cares if they (those people, whomever they may be) kill themselves or not! Interestingly this is where the prime estate is located.
