2 no fries, or other fat fastfood
3 eat many carrots, carrots are cheap and have great nutricion value
4 Eat normal 3 times a day, just one plate
5 Avoid fats, eat something fat at maximum one time a week
6 Be secure i choices and talk to a diet advisor
