Robbery defence

The cashier snatched the gun (it was fake) from the robber so quickly the robber was dumbfounded. Actually the robber was an idiot since after running off he actually came back 10 minutes later trying to get the toy gun back.

Very nice, but extremely risky, if it were off-safety and the guy's finger was on the trigger, it could have easily fired as she pulled forward (against the finger). Plus, he might have had an instinct to grab/hold on to the weapon as the pulling started, i.e. yet more chances of trigger being accidentally pulled. Looks like he never really intended to use it anyway, and she probably felt it... Glad all ended up well.

I definitely would not recommend doing that. Luckily it was a toy gun and the robber does not look like the sharpest tool in the shed. She moved fast though.
