I just had a formation of jets flight over my house. About ten in formation with one off to the left. Pretty close to the ground, less than 1000 ft.

The formation was triangular, wing tip to wing tip.
I'm in Norwalk, CA, and they were flying due North about a mile east of the 605.

What colors were they? Mostly blue with white/yellow? Or mostly white with blue? Or were they silver?

any news/rumors? I guess they were headed toward Edwards, which is north of you?

Blue and yellow could be the Navy's Blue Angels. White and blue could be the Thunderbirds. Plain silver USAF. White and red could be US Coast Guard, but they don't have a demonstration team. You might have seen a "missing man" formation given in honor of a fallen service person. If it was heading up or down 95 near CN, it could be for a Navy funeral.

I haven't read or heard anything about it, but the missing man formation sounds like what I saw.
