Posted: Mon Nov 06, 2017 9:01 amIn Guangzhou it's called the metro (Hong Kong is MTR) and there's been a regular campaign since prior to the Asian Games 2010 held in Guangzhou to promote more polite behavior on public transport. They blare a PSA type message at every stop of every vehicle, metro and bus, to give up your seat for old people, preggos, kids, etc. It's working.
