Hey guys and gals,

Want to know more about CBD and it's outstanding health benefits?
Nick Osipczak has started a new venture here in the UK.
In doing so put together some first rate information, not to mention a first rate product.

Times really do seem to be changing where this multi functional plant is concerned.

The place where CBD has an effect is called the endocannabinoid system.
It’s one of many such systems in the human body, where receptors
interact with certain molecules as part of a wider reaction. The entire
endocannabinoid system seems to be a modulator of the nervous system,
operating in the synapses of nerves and regulating nervous activity, such
as pain sensation, mood, memory and appetite.

A great guide is available here: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2466/ ... 2701405725

Peace and good health

I quit smokin` , but from my previous experiences:
to much CBD in the staff will put you in the sleeping zombie state,
so
I prefer old genetic plants with natural complex of the canabidoids.
Modern genetics crosses are god for really, very sick peps, not for "average Joe".
Of course what is works for me may not work for you. Brain/mind it is fragile , highly individual entity .
In my opinion original >master kush< variation has the best combination of THC and CBD.
Cheers -joint-

Thanks for that brother. Would be good if anyone who's used CBD to share any experience they have had with it. I can see this catching on in the sports world to help recovery and for the thereuputic qualities. Grappling, BJJ, MMA etc. It could get quite popular in the coming years.

I've used it in the past - hated it. I'm an all day erryday kinda smoker typically and the complete lack of head change was not fun. When I first used a CBD medical strain I wasn't in pain for most of the day but I was still rather grumpy.

I have never smoked, But I have used CBD to combat sore 'grappling fingers' and general soreness from hard daily training. Its good stuff :) I think it is already pretty well known in the MMA BJJ world in the US and plenty here in the UK BJJ scene take it that i know.

I also take Curcumin which I think is actually better for some things.

Wishing Nick all the best with things.

I'm not a huge fan of pot culture in general, but CBD and MMJ is a positive game changer for chronic pain and degenerative disease. I hope it continues to be available at reasonable cost for those who need it.
