I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

Well...there is such a thing as Duck Fist.



In addition to that, you can try Eagle Claw, and the Crane styles, and Xingyi's chicken, if you want to spread your wings a bit.
