i was taught/under the impression that one grows with a fixed number of
brain cells and that one keep losing them as one grows old.
i was surprised to hear from a scientist that this is not the case.
before i saw this vid, i gave a loved one a talking to about the sentence
" i'm old already "
telling how its underlying meaning was that because of advancing age,
one should be weak, tired, muddled, slow, etc.
so one starts to behave like one's assumptions
i think this can speed up the aging process
