I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

John Cleese's silly walks can be described as a combination of bagua's crane walk (but mostly left-leg first only) and middle basin walking methods. There is also a weird koubu variant as well.
