Gee,
I`m very sorry, can`t make it.
NYC Chinese food is something what I really miss here.
We still needs visa to visit US, and it takes couple of months fo the average Joe here ,
regardless of the DONALD promises ... ::) :-\

That's a bummer, is that visa situation the norm for visitors from Europe?

from the UE -only Poles still needs US visa, even for the short trip,
funny, Donald promised to remove this restriction during his first hundred presidential days ...
however ,
now is easier ,than before, - you may ask about appointment via net and wait couple of weeks , for meeting someone in the embassy / as I heard/.
What is important - getting appointment doesn`t mean that they put right mark in your passport,
and
even if you get the visa here -you may be sending back from the JFK airport - if emigration officer doesn`t like your outfit... :-\

It's because your women are too good looking and the fatties at the Department of State are jealous.

Had some great food, fun and conversation at the meetup :). Good to see Ken again --and of course some of the old-timers, too.
