Repeatedly insults Trump then seconds later claims to have no bias.

Gotta get the Don to answer some questions under oath ;). Then again, it wouldn't matter since there are always alternative facts.

At least it would be entertaining and probably generate some revenue somewhere from the triggering it caused.

Ha, if he actually did something wrong other that call Trump a scumbag dummy, they would charge him. Instead, they will make fun of him.

Biased? That means leaning one way or the other. I doubt the Republicans are looking for the emails and texts calling Trump a pious genius. Obviously those who feel that way should not be involved in any investigation. They’re biased.

Instead of insulting S look at the facts. In an emotional moment after some particularly distressing trump act he sent an e mail criticizing trump, this is a NO NO he should know and he was rightfully taken off the case. There was no pattern of bias as far as could be seen. On the other hand the behavior of the republicans questioning him has been a disgrace culminating in personal attacks, I would call the representative who brought his personal life into it the nutball

Personal attack has become the calculated strategy. It prevents discussion of an issue.

The guy was removed from the case because of the appearance of bias, and that would contaminate the investigation. If he hadn't been removed, it would imply much more. However, the Republicans would be making the same argument. Oops, I take that back. Everyone in charge of the investigation is a Republican.

But, the whole point of the personal attack is to discredit the entire investigation. Meanwhile, how many people have been indicted, convicted, fined, and or incarcerated because of the investigation so far? However, representatives of the WH on FOX tv (not necessarily FOX news) will claim that the investigation should end. Hey Ken, personal attacks have been leveled at anyone involved in the investigation (into Russian or other interference in the 2016 election and the election process). We had a commission for a year investigating voter fraud.

A few, but none related to Russia or the election.

Rand Paul talks to Jake Tapper of CNN about Russia and the Mueller investigation, as well as interference in elections. Paul has a general perspective on special counsels and spying.

He says everybody who can spy does and that special counsel investigations like Mueller's or Starr's go on for too long and go too far afield. Mentions that examining someone's tax returns for 30 years and threatening people connected to them with life in prison is not a good way to go.
