So, I was doing my old Kuo Lien Ying Shaolin leg stretching routine and getting pretty deep with it and then the biggest "Knuckle Cracking Style" Cracking in like the bottom Lumbar disck or right at the cocyx and it felt amazingly good, but the weirdest thing is both my Achilles tendons which have always been pretty tightt are now super relaxed. Like amazingly so, all at once.

Anyhoo, it feels amazing!!!

Hey Cool Thing...

its likely you had an adhesion or a minor spinal rotation that was blocking the fascia at the spinal base. When you dropped into the stretch the fascia let go and viola... increased flexiblity. That would explain the bil-lateral Achilles relief. Intresting..I am so glad you gave yourself some holiday cheer. ;D

Congrats man, good stuff.

Just curious, what particular type of stretch were you doing when it happened?
Thanks.

Foot against a tree at a 90 degree angle, pushing out all the way from the taint, both out to the tree through the leg and up from the taint, though the abs and to the top of the head, ramrod straight, right hand reaches out and grabs left toes pulling all the way back while you twist toward the left side from the center and left arm wraps around the back.

Thanks.
Is the left foot against the tree (i.e. you lean forward), or right foot (i.e. you lean downward)?
I wanna play with it a bit...
