to get a ruturn on investment that made them rich and household names (Blackwater (Academi) and its permutations, AEGIS, Garda, G4S, Trip[le Canopy)

Now the competition has increased where non US concerns are providing an alternative, based on political interests and that is making things interesting
and cause for concerns especially when they operate outside of their home base.
