successful investor lectures at Stanford's b-school on going big or going home after failing at investing by trying to avoid risks

TL;DW:

1. do hard things
2. do your things
3. do it for decades
4. write your story (write down what will happen to you / your business / whatever in 5 years, don't worry about the "how", then take steps ... "manifest").

investement, property development, trading
done these things for many years as well as a production based business I sold out of just before Covid (yeah, sweet timing right)..
built up a nice little egg to protect for my kids

it's tough because there are sharks everywhere trying to take your lunch man. but I'm ready for everyone one of those bad boys. :D

now I'm looking for a different challenge in life, a new purpose you might say. I've got everything else I could possibly want or need.

quite an excellent problem to have!

"Batman" should 1. fight crime? 2. "save the world"? ... whatever is a "hard problem" and high impact, but also doable
