Anybody Watch "Spooks" aka "MI-5" and "24"?

Somehow I got turned on to "Spooks", after I'd seen a few episodes of "24." I've found that I'm more interested in seeing Spooks, though. I like its unbelievability better, and I like that the outcome is always uncertain. I.e., at the end of the day, the Jack Bauer character might not be alive. That brother goes through a hellofalot in one day.

Just wondered if anyone else watched.

Yes, MI-5 is a great show.

I like 24, but admittedly liked it more the first 3 seasons. After that, the allure of 24 faded for me.

I like MI-5 and 24, yes I do.

MI-5 is probably a better show plot and acting-wise, but I'm also riveted to the tv for 24. It used to be better, yes, but this year they have their groove back to some degree. At least in the sense that you have absolutely no idea how far the producers are willing to go.

I also like Battlestar Galatica and have been accused of secretly being a teen-age boy for that.

Life! Work and family has been eating up my time for the past year or so. But things are somewhat settling down now so it's giving me more time to focus on martial arts again.

anyone who has got into spooks in season 2 or 3 should do themselves a favour and go back and watch season 1 - its way better

i started to lose interest in season 2 and tuned out completely by 3

Actually, I saw Spooks the fist time it aired in the US (and I think they still have only shown Season 1). I had to go out of my way to get the later seasons. Anyway, I liked the first season of 24 as much as season 1 of Spooks. It's more that the later seasons of 24 seemed to get repetitive and sort of predictable. So, I've ended up following Spooks through the seasons, but I haven't done so for 24. I think Spooks has been consistently more interesting, at least for me.
