What's so difficult to understand? Rule number one:

MAINTAIN HUMANITY UNDER 500,000,000 (five hundred million) IN PERPETUAL BALANCE WITH NATURE

We now have approaching 7,000,000,000 (seven billion) people on the planet. Considering that populations are always increasing throughout history, some kind of reduction of at least six billion people needs to take place. What do you think it means? Remember Malthus and what he said about how deadly diseases should be allowed to continue to keep the population low?

Watch the Alex Jones film Endgame to see what's going on. You can find it on google vids, youtube, etc.

BTW, the guidestones were vandalized in December of last year.

yeah, but whose rules are they and who is gonna enforce those rules and do they apply to the world or just to America? Because America ain't at 500 million yet.

I reiterate, they are a sculpture set up by masons who cannot possibly enforce the "rules" anymore than the pope can enforce the 10 commandments.

which brings us back to anonymous masons erecting meaningles structure. ;D

R.C. Christian? I don't get it.

Hey Mike, don't you think a controlled catastrophe that wiped out 6 billion people would make the earth a better place for the survivors? with abundant resources and reduction in pollution we would then have more time to genetically engineer succeeding generations and consciously choose the direction of our own evolution!

all thanks to the Masons! hail satan!

R.C. Christian, or Christian R.C., Christian Rosencreutz/ Rosy Cross, the legendary founder of the Rosicrucian Order. Kinda like Dracula going by the name Alucard... ;)

Wow, 500 million ??

US =270 million
Canada = 30 million
Russia = 135 million
Europe = 720 million

That's not counting China, India, Africa (All with population measure in billions). Is there a short answer for who is going to be eliminated? It'll be a really big job. I guess there is an optimal population, but we have been way past 500 million for quite a while. The figure where the capacity to produce food exceeds the overall population is probably a good bit larger. But, if it's not, then a nuclear war would seem to be a likely candidate.
