I can certainly understand the wanting to distance oneself from the gym rat, mullet bodybuilder crowd, but his blog seems like one big giant whinge binge.

yea it would be - the lightest girl I ever dated was probably about 106lbs. As I got older the lightest I could get on my sack was about 120lbs...
