I wanted to pass on some info on Pilates as recommended by an Osteopath/chiropractor (our own Dr. Ken fish)I met a few weeks ago.
He suggested that I take pilates to retrain and strengthen muscles. This is to strengthen core (abs) , spine, and neck muscles. One thing I had been doing wrong is structure with stretching and so he recommends authentic pilates on the reformer and Cadillac devices to get proper structure before working on solo mat pilates. I did some searching on youtube and found some sample clips of what he was talking about.
