ATTN EXPATS! Important Censorship issues.

It's been rough lately. The only thing that's reliable for me the past couple of months has been TOR, but it's not fast enough for general surfing. I keep a separate browser application like Opera using TOR as a proxy, and I also use TOR for downloading files, including youtube vids. For downloading, TOR is reasonable, although sometimes it takes 10-30 minutes for TOR to make its first connection and be online. Never dabbled with the paid proxies. Not that desperate yet.
