My mum is in NSCIS for stroke & heart attack in New York
My brother and I just saw her, she is moving every part of her body. She was happy to see both of us. She opened her eyes, and was able to respond to us by moving her fingers on both hands after we asked her to.
The doctors performed Ventriculostomy yesterday and mum is very stable. This morning the doctor is doing "Cerebral angiogram" to find out more about the blood vessel for repair.

Prayers are on the way for your mom.
My dad had a stroke a couple of years ago, so I have some idea what you're going through. Don't worry, based on your description it sounds like she doesn't have any physical impairment, so I'm sure she'll recover quickly.
