I could save $12,000 last year if I didn't have medical insurance..
I've heard you talk about your early education in Taiwan and how you were a top student and out of necessity made it a habit to sleep only 5-6 hours per night, so considering that and your experience in martial arts a person might guess that you were born to be a healthy and robust. If true, why do you need medical insurance? I can understand accident insurance for car crashes and bear wrestling
, but what else?
The things western medicine is good for, such as surgery, trauma, getting rid of the clap, obstetrics, etc., it's easy enough to pay as you go. They are worthless for almost all cancer (some exceptions with early detection like prostate) and other degenerative diseases that a person might be concerned about. Diet and lifestyle choices, plus exercise and qigong equals good health, especially for people blessed with a good start early in life. The degenerative diseases pretty much all come from specific toxins added to our air, water, and food, which can be avoided.
I strongly suggest to everyone that you do research on the topic of vaccinations before you ever allow yourself or a loved one to take another vaccination/inoculation. Don't want to thread jack, but check out places like
http://www.nvic.org. There are multiple studies showing flu increasing for those who get vaccines, Alzheimer's risk going up 3-5 times for anyone whose taken more than 3 flu shots in their lifetime, and so on.
