How to store your PMs

Hi,

I'ld like to ask how you folks store your PMs. I've tried to export the messages as CSV or XML, but I don't really know what I'm supposed to do with these files.

Would it be possible to add HTML as an option to the export function ?

csv and xml are flat files with text.

csv = comma separated values. This is just a handy way of importing and exporting data to a flat file that can be used later.

xml = extensible markup language and is a straight up txt file that can be used by other programs to pull data in based on tags.

if you open either of teh files, you will be able to read the contents quite readily.

On the old forum I just did a File - Save As in my browser and saved it as a text file.
I can then open it in Notepad or Gvim or whatever.

that's the method I'm currently using. But it would be very handy if you could mark all the messages and export them at once.
