Qigong master boils water

It's a Ripley's Believe it or not segment that shows a video of a bald chi gung master wrapping a piece of aluminum foil with a damp paper towel and then bringing the towel up to almost boiling point with his palm. They film it using an infared camera to show the heat levels being generated. Then he don's the magic black levitation cape and performs a qing gong rice paper walking trick.

He's named Master Zhou Ting-Jue treating a doctor if I remember rightly. Anyway, what we don't know is what's in the water, are there chemicals? The "qing gong" rice paper segment doesn't show much. First Zhou walks across some picture frames of rice paper, then the show's producer tries and falls through. The really important thing is that the guy being treated says he got better when no one else could help him. However, there's nothing really conclusive about the video.

often stunts like that the 'master' rubs a separate compound on their hands beforehand that acts as a catalyst to generate the chemical reaction.
