One of the comments is hilarious. It says the reason the military went to MRE's (plastic envelopes) was to get the last of the canned rats out of the ration system... Could be!

I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

All I can say about that is, never eat stale snickerdoodles in a HH-60 Jayhawk at 1000 feet. It just doesn't work out.
