Those are the famous Yanyuan (Male) and Yingyuan (Female) Stones of the Danxia Mountain area (known as “China’s Red Stone Park”) in the Guangdong province of China.

There is something similar in Thailand's Koh Samui: The Grandma and Grandpa rocks.

Obviously neither geography nor culture is any barrier to the naming of topographical formations that resemble human genitals.

Where does the word 'spelunking' come from, BTW?

How about "vagina" which literally means "sheath" or "scabbard" in Latin.

In Germany you somtimes find vaginae in Spelunken ;) .
